Shoei Delicy - Chocolate Cookie Crunch Bar (Japan) Just like you can't judge a book by its cover, you can't judge a candy bar by its wrapper. While this didn't necessarily look like a high-quality snack, I'm always eager to try sweets with exciting and high-energy packaging (along with the snack pictured). Pictured on the wrapper is a chocolate and vanilla cookie bit bar covered in milk chocolate, but I wasn't able to find any vanilla (or white) cookie bits.
