Morinaga - Cookies and Cream Candies (Japan) I used to be a fan of cookies and cream flavored products back when they launched in the 1980s. On the heels of the cookie dough decade, the cookies and cream reigned supreme. One pop, and these little candies will take you back. Tasting just like cookies and cream, these had a soft white chocolate outside with a crunchy chocolate cookie inside. I'm still unsure whether the coating is a yogurt or white chocolate covering.
