Kabaya - Chocolate Panda Cookies (Japan) The wrapper for this snack left no mystery to the treat inside. Although the package only contained four panda cookies, each one had a different facial expression. On one side was a plain vanilla cookie. The other side was part white and part milk chocolate in the design of panda faces. The chocolate was sweet and creamy.
